Your post does not talk about the book...Frederick,

Your post does not talk about the book itself. In fact, the author honestly shares about his own misgivings about some practices in the Church that needs to be addressed and redeemed. Is that not a good initiative that we ought to encourage more to follow?

The question with regards to your statement "appalling track record" of the Church is: Is it fair to just bring out the bad and forget about the good? Fair comment means being able to see the big picture, and not corner ourselves into just one single point of view.

cConrade Yap, (Dr)https://www.blogger.com/profile/12256834680709396244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2263246662222347626.post-29668125885438415192013-08-08T20:22:05.378-07:002013-08-08T20:22:05.378-07:00Of course the Christian church also has an appalli...Of course the Christian church also has an appalling track record of creating mountains of human corpses and oceans of human blood too.
As these two stark images show
www.dartmouth.edu/~spanmod/mural/panel13.html
www.dartmouth.edu/~spanmod/mural/panel21.html
And as described in these references.
www.jesusneverexisted.com/cruelty.html
www.logosjournal/com/hammer_kellner
Plus Google
Columbus & Other Cannibals by Jack Forbes
The Criminal History of the Papacy by Tony Bushby
The Vatican In World Politics.
Frederick Frothhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04318304600140946026noreply@blogger.com
